Common questions
The Waterfall JourneyIs the Discovery Meeting really free?
Yes. The first conversation is at our cost and carries no obligation. You leave with a clear view of your position whether or not you go further.
Do I need to have everything organised first?
No. Bring what you have. Part of our job is helping you build the full picture — property, pensions, business interests, savings and anything held abroad.
Can we meet remotely?
Certainly. Many clients prefer a video call, and we can complete most of the process without you leaving home. Home visits are available where that is easier.
How long does a full estate plan take?
Most families complete in four to six weeks from the first meeting, depending on complexity and how quickly documents can be signed and witnessed.
